54 hours of racing, 5 stunning cars, dozens of world-class racing teams and Rennsport Online in the thick of it! For its new challenge Rennsport Online decided to start from scratch. Despite their well balanced Audi RSO8 LMS and thousands of laps of experience, the squad chose to compete with the Mercedes AMG GT3 which will wear number 97. The car is almost unknown for the team and therefore most of the pre-season preparations are on setup and performance of the beefy race car. Although Rennsport Online gained many compliments on their beautiful livery, www.popgymnastik.de reinvented the Team RSO-style! Thus our fans and followers not only have to adapt to a new car but also have to watch for a new well designed and spectacular livery:
The 6 hours of Sebring will kick-off the NES-roadshow with its official qualifying session on October 15th and the 6 hours race to follow on October 16th. The season will then continue with round two on the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, TX. For the third round all teams will head to Japan for the 6 hours of Motegi. Round four will then happen on the famous Nürburgring with the 6 hours of Nürburgring powered by The Digital Race Engineer before the teams will head to the beautiful and legendary Ardennes-rollercoaster in Spa to compete in the 6 hours of Spa-Francorchamps powered by Sim-Lab. On March 25th the NEO Endurance Series then will finish its third season with the legendary 24 hours of Le Mans powered by Racespot.
No racing without race cars: Honda, Aston Martin, Chevrolet, Audi & Mercedes not only are some very euphonious names but also the ingredients of six NEO-endurance-recipes. Separated in three classes five cars will compete for points and victories! The Prototype-class (P) features the stunning V8-fired HPD ARX 01c which is a LMP2-like prototype designed to perform! While this car will race in a one-car-only-class the Grand Touring-class (GT) features two purebred race cars with no driving aids. The NES-GT-teams choose from the V12-fired Aston Martin DBR9 GT1 and the V8-fired Chevrolet Corvette C6.R GT1, both are true Le Mans GT1-class legends! The Grand Touring Sport-class (GTS) is the smallest of all three classes and features two German quality GT3 cars. Teams compete either in the screaming V10-fired Audi R8 LMS GT3 or in the grumbling V8-fired Mercedes AMG GT3. What else can you dream of?
